1. Apple Standard EULA

By downloading, installing, or using Kids Story Galaxy, you agree to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at:

https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

This standard agreement is between you and Fadi Masud (“Developer”), as the licensor of Kids Story Galaxy, and governs your use of the App made available through the Apple App Store.

2. Additional Terms of Use

In addition to the Apple Standard EULA, our Terms of Use apply to your use of Kids Story Galaxy. These cover:

• Use by children and parental consent
• Content and intellectual property
• Subscription plans, billing, renewal, and cancellation
• Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability
• Apple as third-party beneficiary

In the event of a conflict between the Apple Standard EULA and our Terms of Use, the Apple Standard EULA shall prevail.

3. Subscription Information

Kids Story Galaxy offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called Kids Story Galaxy Premium:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

4. Privacy

Kids Story Galaxy does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
